Proactive Crisis Management and Physical Interception

Approved for 6 C.P.E. (Through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board

 

This program is designed to teach the participants, normally in the field of social services, mental health, correction facilities,  and law enforcement,  proactive ways to deal with individuals in a crisis so they can be de-escalated and into a more manageable condition where communication can now take place.  Also covered are physical Interception techniques for individuals who have completely lost control “physically” to lower the risk of injury for both parties.
